Title: problem after upgrading 2008.0 to 2009.1

Hello,

Upgrade is being done locally.

After all the upgrades from 2008.0 to 2009.1, the tinymce icons are missing from the toolbars in the edit windows.

I have copied the complete 2009.1 installation files (without installation directory) into the directory that I am performing the upgrade but it appears that it may have something to do with the database.  Everything else appears to be normal.
Multiple file updates were done.
Two database updates were performed.

What am I missing or what should I be looking for?

Duh,  found the problem.

The old htaccess file had the sub-directory set in RewriteBase /

Removed the directory and now it works.
