Title: Bubbling Away Live Chat

It's me bubbling away with Elxis  ;D On a serious note, I was wondering if it was possible to use the component Bubbles like a live chat - two way communication on a website for customer service module. Lets say a customer has a query about a product, a number of websites have "Live chat" where you can speak to or chat to a sales representative, can Bubbles be used in the same way, rather than a forum and instead of many to many interaction have a 1:1 interaction? 

If not are there any "Live Chat" programs you would recommend for Elxis (I always like something native so problems won't occur with compatibility etc)

Oops I did see this before but didn't realize it can allow you to have 1:1 communication with your site visitors. I'll give it a shot.
