Title: Permission Error on page refresh.

Hi,
I'm getting this error sometimes when I refresh my page in the browser. Sometimes when hitting a page too.

any thoughts?

/tmpr folder is writable? (777)

I also "don't like" those double slashes. But i don't know if that's producing the error. maybe someone else who knows, can help you on that.

tried it did not work.
still doing it

same error. Might go away when I move the site to the root folder?

no thoughts?

why is it that when the error appears, and I refresh the browser it goes away? And then happens again while browsing? :(

EDIT :

I think I fixed it. I made the subfolder the elxis site is housed 777 permissions.  It was 755.

I must have had my ftp settings wrong. I disabled ftp and I think that it might be fixed.
