Title: a problem with tinymce html display open in editor

Hello all,

This just happened while I was working on a site.  I selected a content item then clicked on html and instead of opening the editing window, it opened a windows dialogue to open with a source editor or download.

Any ideas?

server overload and couldn't process php file
