Title: How to allow registered users to upload images

I have edited the group permissions.
But when user clicks on Submit article he can write content and link images externally.
I need someone to tell me how to place a Browse form field and button on Submit Article form.

I want to make them able to browse and upload images from their computers.
Right now they ca link externally.
