Title: problem with step 2

hi guys
i am having problem entering step 2
when i click next  in pre installation check it appears error message like
403 Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.


can anyone please help me

Hi paranoic,

It seems you have some server (hosting) issue. What OS are you using on server?

first of all what the results of pre-installation check ?
did you pass all checks?

I am using linux server

all checks are green except Magic Quotes GPC and Short Open tag in reccommended settings which are red?????

this are not mandatory...elxis will work with this settings on

then is a server related problem...
if your hosting provider can't help you...
give access to try to install for you and find what is the problem ...

mod security .... Generic XSS filter....  that returns error 403 ....
this must be disabled from apache config ...
you must tell your hosting provider to disable it for you...
