Title: "Simple Image Gallery Plugin" problem

Hello. I am new to the use of elxis and i have to say that i am very excited about it.
I tried to use this mambot that i download it from http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/1468/details
The bot was installed succesfully. The only problem is that the thumbnails in won't show.
i tried to follow the instruction that say i should change the file permissions to 777 for the file showthumb.php. i changed the permissions but the thumbnails wont appear in my homepage. (i must mention that if you press in the place they should be, the normal images appear).

Joomla is not the same as Elxis (Elxis download center= www.elxis-downloads.com)

so the answer is that elxis does not support joomla components?
because i have read that elxis cms is compatible to joomla

Joomla 1.0.x as well as Elxis is compatible with Mambo, but not the same. :(
For this I checked to work with Elxis = http://www.kreacom.dk/mambots/multithumb.html  ;)
