Question :

How can i do the top module, eg in www.texnomesitiki.gr flash animator loads once when a visitor enters the site?

The answer to this you want is just to create a flash file. Looking the site example which you posted the sound and animated images is all in flash file header.swf

				go here  http://www.flashkit.com/
and download the flash you want. in the zip file have the  .fla file, open it will the flash 8 (or other), change it in the way you want. You must first learn if you dont know how flash 8 work (or other like swiss max). But i thing there are some sites who gives flash headers for sites.

I already created that.! The problem is : when the visitor selects to mute the sound and then go to another submenu , the sound begins again to play.

I can assure your that there is many.
1. Use your flash as a banner, different at the homepage and other in other pages.
2. As a module,  different at the homepage and other in other pages.
3. In a template,  different at the homepage and other in other pages.
Covered ?
