Hi,
Since there is no way to try out the system from the back end as an admin/hotelier, if I purchase the product and find that it's not to my needs, is it possible to get a refund?

Alternatively if I can access the back-end (I know you've responded to this request)

OK, thanks, I wasn't asking for an refund, just inquiring if I wanted it, what is procedure.
