Title: Star Gallery - GD Library ? problem [SOLVED]

Hello, I have instaled a Star Gallery component v1.7.3. Everything works fine but whitout upload. When uploading a picture everything seems to be ok - Star Gallery displays "Upload completed. Choose next picture:" but thumbinail doesn't generate and when image uploads elxis shows PHP Error (but display time is to short to expand the message).

If there is a way to redirect PHP error to file to see what is in it ? please help  ???

P.S.
I have checked and all directories have 777 premissions and gd is instaled.  :-[

Try to hit "stop" on your browser in order to see the error message or open your apache's error log file.

I try to "stop" and it works - in the source of a loading page i see this
"Unable to open '/........./images/star_thumbnails/tn_image_1236098746.jpg' for writing: Permission denied"

Of course premissions  ;D The Images directory has 777, but star_thumbs have only 755.
Componets installs with other user than apache user, and direcories don't belongs to apache - this is the problem, group and other have only rx premissions.

Change mode to star_thumbnails folder to 777. You can do so from Elxis tool chmod.

hi everybody.

please check the "configuration.php" for "$mosConfig_live_site" variable.
mybe your sitename point to wrong path.
for example maybe you has subdomain on your host and then you transfered your site to new path !!
