Title: About MP3 upload

Hi all !

I am using elxis 2008.1. I am trying to upload a mp3 file in a folder in Media Manager.

However, the file is not uploaded, without showing any error message.

Can someone explain to me why this is happening ?

Why you are so generic ?
Please let us know something more...
1. such as what is the error ?
2. what is the size of the mp3 file ?

ok sorry,

1) I am choosing my mp3 file from my computer (size almost 3 MB)
2) The system (elxis) shows that the file is in uploading process to a folder in media manager
3) Finally, no file is being uploaded in the folder in the media manager
4) No error message is shown up
5) The folder is still empty

I really don't know why, since I have tried to uploaded it many times

Any ideas why this is happening ?

Check your tmp folder permissions ...

I changed the permissions of the temp folder to 777, but still nothing happens...

Uploading through is an other option, but I can't tell most of my clients to use a 2nd software to do that. Eveything should be done through admin zone.

The upload function on media manager works fine but I must inspect your site to tell you what is causing the problem especially to your site. That's why I told you to upload it via FTP. Try to upload smaller mp3 files (less than 1mb). Can you upload them?
