Title: Errors after installing Elxis

i just got done installing Elxis fro the second time thinking that i did not do something in the frist install but i am getting the same errors
here is a sample error

The server can not find the requested page:

    70.84.169.82/~certifie/faqs/elxis-cms/enable-seopro.html (port 80)

Please forward this error screen to 70.84.169.82's WebMaster.
and i have been getting this error and other errors related to files
like the news feed i think iset it up the right way but i get no news

can some one help or is it better to use what i am good at (jomla)

I like to setup the site first then i will do the DNS.
and i am getting this error on pages that use to work and now i ca not get them to work eg. contact page it was working then it is nnot with this error

Did you rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess ?

yes i did and now nothing is working any page i go to i get that 404 error

I'm sure that the preview link is the problem ...
If you set your domain DNS and work with real domain name , You won't have any problems
