none is good enough ... for  the ie6 browser.  7 or 8 haven't problem with png.

I searched many for this issue , But unfortunately I didn't see a stable solution that doesn't make problem for other elements ...
Is there any simple valid solution else?

I was looking for such solutions (so did thousands of others), but there is no hope for IE6. It is too old browser anyway, so either create 8bit png or you can use pngfix.htc or javascript pngfix.js. Also you may read this http://www.bioneural.net/2006/08/09/valid-fix-for-png-transparency-on-a-single-image/

I don't think we should bother with IE6 any more.
