Title: How di I blog???

Ok all...stupid question as I have been still trying to figure this out on Elxis...

how do I blog??? how do I set it up. I've tried but can't seem to get it to work. Is there a process I need to follow or how do I set it up and not just for me but for my members?

You can't give all members blog automatically , You should decide to let them to have blog ...
Go to Components -> Eblog -> Create a new blog and set the blog owner ...
Then you should create a menu of component type,  in order to access to this created blog through Front-end
