Title: trouble installing Nemesis version in www.LosCuellar.com.mx

Recently we install a new website usin Elxis Version Nemesis at http://www.LosCuellar.com.mx
the website work some hours but after is offline and an alert is showed:

check your username and password in database account and in elxis settings.

Or maybe problem with mysql server, contact your host

The problem is in the provided username/password/host or the provided user has not enough privileges on the database.
