Greetings.
I'm running an SMF Forum through the Wrapper and I'm wondering if there is any way to turn off the left and right columns so that the forum can use all available left-right space below the header and top menu.
It seems to me like there should be a way, but I've yet to find one.
Can anyone offer any help?
Thank-you.

Hi Thomas, the feature you are talking about depends only on your template. If template is made to collapse left and right columns, it will do so, if not....

The easiest way to do it is to use a second template (a modification of the one you currently use) that has no left and right columns and assign it to the menu item that links to SMF wrapper. So, you have to create a second template with no columns based on the one you currently use.

Ah, yes.
I didn't know that you could do that.
I'll give it a try.
Thank-you, datahell and thanks Ivan Trebješanin.

I gave it a go.
It worked great.
I cloned the template I was using, edited the relevant files, and in about twenty minutes I was up and running.
Thank-you again, for the great tip datahell.
It's not a bridge or a component, but it's darn close.
I'm using SMF 2.0 beta 4, so I'm assuming that the Elxis SMF component to display some data from the forum, in the CMS, won't work with this version of the forum.
Can anyone confirm that? or add some information?
Thanks.

I dont know the changes they have made to SMF 2.x. Most probably the module will need update to work with SMF 2.x.
P.S. I am not a (data)shell, I am (data)hell! :D
