Hello,
is it possible to sort the content (e.g. 5 different sites), which are part of the Frontpage, with chosen order? I've read in a post in this forum that it's just possible to get the "ordering" (selected by user) working, if you chose "order by Ordering" from a dropdown of the module... Frontpage just has "order by a) most hits, b) most recent first"...
If you want the "expected" (chosen in Frontpage-Manager) order, you have to set the ordering in "Content Items Manager" -> It would be great, if it is possible to change the order of Frontpage-Items in Frontpage-Manager and the chosen order is the "only important one"...
Best regards,
Sandra

well did you look at menu item homepage or what ever you call your front page?
the menu item can override settings of item listing.
actually the menu_item parametrs have the first word to this
very flexible you can have many home-menu_items (or otherpage) with the same content but completely different order
date,rate,intro-items etc. with or without backbuttons creationdates etc.
