Hello to all ...

I suggest you to focus on a German, France or english data center. There are not so big and organized like the U.S.A.'s ones but there are cheaper and closer to you (smaller latency, faster pages loads).
Ping tests from Greece:
Ping time response to my previous server at U.S.A: around 180 msec
Ping time response to a German one: 6-7 msec
I personally use Hetzner (hetzner.de) but you will have to setup many things on the server by your self.

I use Siteground it's in the US.
I think it is very cheap ($7/month) and their package is complete.
You have Unlimited email accounts, ftp accounts, 750 GB of space and many more features.
Anyway here is the link http://www.siteground.com (http://www.siteground.com)

Siteground does not have dedicated servers. The package you are talking about is a hosting package for 1 domain and 5 addon domains.

John , Which things you mention about setup the server? Do you mean Cpanel and firewall and ...?
I am already managing a server in Canada that I brought it up myself ...

Hetzner for me is the best solution as it gives you excellent servers in very low prices but requires you to have extended knowledge on server administration and very few things are in english. Their control panel is in German. Normally they give you a machine with LAMP (Linux, apache, MySQL, PHP) and Webmin installed. You can select the OS you like they will install it for you if it is an open source one.
You can tell them to install something for you (i.e. an other OS like red hat enterprise, or cpanel) but you have to purchase it and you send them the dvd. They also might charge you for this installation.
Personally when I bought the server from them I installed:
- Control panel (ISPConfig is fine for my needs)
- Update the OS and install additionally packages using YAST
- Install a firewall
- Install an other ftp daemon, bind, spam assassin, postfix and other services
- After 4-5 days the server was ready to accept sites for hosting.
The only problem I have is with the ISPConfig and not with the server. ISPConfig does not enter the DNS entries for the domains the way I want so I enter them manually via SSH each time I add a new domain. Everything else is fine, the server has never gone down and I never needed support, everything runs fine. See the DS8000 is the best server available for this amount of money (it has also hardware RAID). If you are not up to adding too many domains the DS5000 might be a better solution as it is very cheap. Don't go to Hetzner if you can not manage a server via ssh except if you install a control panel like cpanel, ensim or plesk.

Thank you John , I'll use Cpanel & WHM :)
