Finally!!!!! Oracle supported in Elxis 2008.1.  https://www.elxis.org/news/elxis-news/oracle-support.html (https://www.elxis.org/news/elxis-news/oracle-support.html) Great job guys! I personally think that this would be extremely useful to a lot of people and enterprises too! It will bring Elxis closer with a lot of companies & enterprise too who uses Oracle Database! I am so excited with this!

Next question would be "when would it be release"?

The Elxis 2008.1 release date is currently unknown as we have many tasks to do yet. It will be surely before the end of this summer. We might also implement msSQL in Elxis 2008.1 too.
