Title: problem with registration form!

i have a problem with my registration form, in the section where asks about
security code, i press the sound button and nothing appears. i get server error
thing. How can i disable this? or how i can fix it?

And second i need to rearrange the order of the options in registration form.
I added some more fields and i want to reorder them...

how can this happen? Should i go to phpmyadmin?

Did you install Elxis on a subdomain ?

yes i didn't installed in main domain directory but in an another directory...
e.g.
www/elxis

I think the problem is for that ...
Try to move it to root , then check it again
 ;)

i can't move it to root, because i used it for other purpose.
how i can remove the security question?
