HI Patricia,
Have you installed Elxis in subdirectory?
What have you set as RewriteBase in your .htaccess?
Have you tried commenting/uncommenting suggested lines in .htaccess?

Hi Ivan,

I haven't installed Elxis in a subdirectory. I tried commenting/uncommenting the suggested lines in .htaccess. I did not set anything particular as RewriteBase, I left it blank.

I'm still having the problem, though
