Title: Could not connect to the database during installation
Post by: babygurl69 on April 23, 2008, 12:13:46: Could not connect to the database i have no clue whats wrong

Im using easyphp 2.0b1 (php5, mysql 5.0.27 ,apache) and Elxis 2008.0

Post by: babygurl69 on April 24, 2008, 08:07:12: Problem solved. to anyone thats using mysql that has this same problem, under database path leave it empty. i was putting a path to my database file, it threw me off a little bit because the instructions beside it mentioned putting a path in there so i assumed it also inclided mysql. maybe on the next version they will define it a little more :)

i ended up creating over 10 extra databases that i dont need because i thought i was doing something wrong when i was configuring them. lol
