Hi, is there anyway i can aplly the "registration terms and conditions" for an Elxis 2006.4 installation?

Basically i want the user to accept these terms inorder to complete his/her registration.

No, without hacking Elxis 2006.x source code. Elxis 2006.x does not support this feature. You must modify component registration.
