Hi tristate and welcome,
I'm afraid I don't understand the question.... integrate google analytics where ???

Hi Chris ,
You can disable Tiny MCE in the Global Configuration , and after it , create a module and set it to display in any language and also publish it to public front-end , so you can paste the Google Analytic code in the module and show it in all pages of your site ...
There are many another solutions too , but i think this solution is better for you bacause it is simple ...
Attention that by enabling the Tiny MCE Editor , all javascripts will be filter when you open that module again and save it ... So you should disable Tiny MCE Editor every time you want to modify the module's content ...
Good Luck and welcome to the Elxis

Is there a way to add it into the header or footer? If not, how would I go about creating a module? unfortunately I know just enough PHP to be dangerous...
Thanks, Chris

Yes , you can add them into the template source , but that way that i mentioned is better for you , You can add a new module in the Modules -> Site Modules ;)

I added it to the footer.php file, I have no idea how to create a module.... thanks anyways for the help... I hope to see future improvements in Elxis...

For creating a module you don't need to write any code ...
It's very simple , Goto Administrator Panel -> Modules -> Site Modules -> Click on New Icon on the Toolbar !!!

I added it to the footer.php file
Expecially for Google Analytics its better to import it that way and not through a custom module.

Because of this post and my needs ! I create the attached module.
I have test it local & live but I didn't wait the nesery time to get the data from the Google, so here it is test it and I will post as soon as possible to Elxis Downloads.
