Title: PDF, Rich Text, Print, Mail icons

The first scenario goes as follows:
In Site \ Global configuration \ Tab "Content" I choose to globally hide the 4 icons. In some specific content items I choose to re-show some of them. No icons displayed in these specific content items or in any other

The second scenario goes as follows (opposite to first):
In Site \ Global configuration \ Tab "Content" I choose to globally show the 4 icons (default behavior). In some specific content items I choose to hide some of them. All icons displayed in all content items.

Check your menu items. Especially check dublicated links.
