Hi all !

ok. i have changed the sectionid in the submit news in the user menu. Now, someone can submit news in all of the categories of this section. But... How can I restrict the submission to some of the categories of this section ???

Moreover, how can I change the submit news link to 2 sections and to 5 categories in eachone of them ???

You can do this easily in Elxis 2008.x and in a secure way. In Elxis 2008 you control sections and categories allowed for submission via SoftDisk.

In Elxis 2006.x the section/category is controlled by the menu link. You pass the desired section through the link you create. You can create more "submit news" links for other sections. Of course the system is not so secure as if someone modify the url he can submit news to other sections... Sorry, I don't remember if you can limit categories this way, someone else may help you better in this.
