Title: PHP error after installation

Hi all,
i've installed properly elxis, i created manually configuration.php pasting the code that i found at the end of the installation page.

But when i go to the url/index.php in the top of the page there are those problems:

I got problems also in loggin' in as an admin: i use the correct username and psw in the adminlogin page but when i try to log in it returns to the loginpage

1st please don't install ELXIS on a subdomain or subfolder
2nd please tell us your website that we can help you better , i think it is www.netsons.org/sandproject/ yes?
3th do you use a free hosting provider? because many of them don't have proper settings to install many systems

#1: I didn't installed elxis on a subdomain/subfolder

#2: The site's url is http://sandproject.netsons.org (http://sandproject.netsons.org)

#3: Yes, the provider is netsons.org but in the past i have installed joomla and oscailt too, with no problems at all.

You have some problem with encoding, or with language files. This is where you should look.
