Title: Having problems with the popup of insert image

HI. I am having problems when i want to insert the link of an image.  in some computers it appears fine. but in other sometimes it apears the insert image popup but in blank.  this problem is mixed from computer to computer.

example. my laptop has vista os. it has firefox last version. and it show blank.  my pc has xp os same firefox version but it show just fine the insert link box.

i did with internet explorer 7 in both and work fine. but sometimes in the laptop. doesnt show.

i test opera in the pc. and it appears the popup blank.  what could do this. and how to fix it.

HI again. the problem is random. since sometimes it appears fine and other blank.
i dont know if it is someting with refresh. or the script that show the insert image box. doesnt finish to load it at all. and display incomplete

UPDATE
the problem when happened. is with all editor buttons. that dont load in full.  but as i said. sometimes load fine sometimes load partiallly (this is when blank popup is shown.   i reinstall all the portal but it doing also.

hope this update can help to fix this problem
