Title: Add Pictures in User Profile and one more question (solved)

I would like know is there possibility to add user Picture to their profile???

and why when i create new extra text field under Extra fields and in Options for Text Max length put 500 anyway text shown in the profila are only 20, other textusershould scrool. Is there possibilities to make this box biger in profile?

As far as I can tell about the 2007 Elxis, the avatar option for each member it will be available.

So be patient.
