Title: "Navigation Bar" always grayed out

Hi!

When there are 100 FAQs, increasing "Display number" is inappropriate. Navigator is the best tool for visitors. My problem is I can't get "Navigation Bar" working. This is what I do:

Content->Category Manager->(create category "BigFAQ", choose "Content Category Table" and link it to menu item "MenuItemFAQ")

Menu->mainmenu->(choose "MenuItemFAQ")->(Choose "Show" for option "Navigation Bar", set "5" to drop-down list ""Display number")

I have 20 FAQs. Weird is that visitors do see the navigator:

<< Start < Previous Next > End >>

but the navigator is disabled and it does not allow mouse click. Any idea why? ???
