Title: How to stop IOS reservations hotlier right to change payment

for now, the hotlier can acess form access anything about his own hotel.

If the hotlier cnagge the setting of payment.  how do I stop this.

or how do I control hotlier?

From the administration panel you can set the hotelier's access. If you don't want the hotelier to be able to edit his hotel then deny him this permission.
