Post by: rrh on October 14, 2013, 13:38:58
Need urgent help!

I have 3 issues to solve!

1. When open the website, there is one line message on top of the page "Error creating feed file, please make folder cache/writable (permissions777)

2. When open the hotel, the "star" categories of the hotel is missing (please see attached!)

3. The available calendar is overlaping with others (please see attached!)

I upgraded Elxis 2009.2 to 2009.3 recently and working properly except the above issue!

As for #2 and #3 issues, the data migration process didn't completed successfully. Some images are missing.
Issue #1. Change the 'Cache' folder permission to 777 as it placed at the root folder of your elxis installation.

If the issue still exist then:
a) Delete the Cache folder
b) Create a new folder and rename it to 'Cache'
c) Upload the index.html file as i attach to this current post.
d) Change the folder permissions to 777.
