The error message is clear enough. All or some of the Adodb files are missing. (folder: includes/adodb/ )
Please upload all Elxis files before installing elxis cms.

It looks like you have it installed, good to see you got your problem fixed. I hope that you enjoy adding content as much as I do, otherwise it can be an arduous task :) Good luck with your website!
