I'm italian, sorry for my bad english :-[
I'm needed one script, module or components for real estate
Free ;)
I'm using Elxis 2009 version but this components: "Estate Agent Improved"
is not compatibile
Alternative? :(
p.s please a use simple english or italian ;D

No other script available for Real Estate.
We have start the development for FULL solution for Real Estate.

I am sorry, it will not be free.
Our opinion is when a user / company want something to do their job & of course they have revenue, to spend a few Euros to buy an excellent script it is not a big deal.
We can't give more information more than that we have in our website, the abilities / operations is privet to 3rd person until the final release.
Complete process: 40%
Any person who will take part to project (infront payment of 300 Euros) has the process, can suggest operations / functions, they will have free support, license for 1 domain and Free graphic customization.

but being a webmaster to login I was just looking for something free ... here in Italy people do not want or can not pay :-\

The cost of 300Euros for a script, where the Agent will take back from 1st rent, we think that is not at all expensive.
Even if you had the list of functions, is far away better an out of competition from any commercial or free script.
And of course Open Source (for developers to adapt), and SEO Pro.
Of course if the customer can't afford or doesn't want to pay is something else.

Just inform you here that you use an outdated component with your own risks.
Don't tell us afterwards that My elxis site hacked. It's your choice. I have see a lot of attacks regarding this component.

You can wrap a script using for that purpose. There are some free php scripts regarding real estate.
I found that more secure than using an outdated component. For example take a look on that. [Greek Lang]

Welcome to Elxis Community. :)
You can setup the script that you like and Elxis give us the opportunity to Wrap the content of this script using menu items.
Take a look at creating a new menu item. You will find out the Wrapper option.

With that thought each community will publish only it's own components, Modules , bots etc. That's why we call it 'Community'.

This component is no longer supported.
You have made changes so we can be able to install it, and you have been informed that is no compatible with Elxis.
The developer of the component has to do with the support of his creations.
Why don't you ask the developer of the component ?

No, I have translated into Italian.
The changes had made the developer with whom I was in contact through Skype

The extensions that are sent through email are NOT compatible with Elxis CMS. It's for Joomla. However Elxis Team can't publish any extension without each extension's developer approval.

Ok, but I this I had found for elxis CMS, and is the only free (as far as I know)

Install only extensions that built for Elxis CMS. Extensions for other CMSs are not compatible to Elxis.

The impression that I got from the post, was that the developer of the component has finally respond and he adapt his component after the request of "glm2006italy".
And based on that assumption, I ask glm2006italy to send over the files, so we can have a more stable of this component as an outdated and with problems version still it is on EDC.

It's not really so
The component was referred to as "component for Elxis" but did not work on the x 2 version.
After the intervention of the programmer (Andrew Campball, should be included in the forum) we managed to get it to work
I then occupied the Italian translation.

So whats the last situation of this real estate plugin? Can we use it for elxis 4 ?
