Title: Slimbox, Lightbox troubles Explained. IOS Downloads {SOLVED}

Hi!
Recently I found some odd differences in Slimbox and Lightbox rendering on most recent browsers.
Can somebody explain this and guide me through a workaround?

My situation is this:
I am using Firefox 5.0, Google Chrome 13.0.782.112 and IE 9.0.8112.16421.

I test my sites with these 3 browsers.
I need to make an IOS Downloads site and the thumbnails just won't work properly.

So to wrap things up:

Easy gallery: Script works with minor exceptions. Datahell said it is not important, and I thought maybe it's only me.
 a. Firefox and Chrome won't  darken the background, when the large image appears.
 b. Internet Explorer is getting it right and it works.

I wouldn't bother writing again, but I saw that after installing IOS Downloads i am getting in a deeper mess.
a. Firefox - Background darkens and only the half of the photo loads... it fails to spread and center properly. AND Firefox 3.6 executes the script properly!!!
b. Chrome - Same here. Only half of the image appears.
c. Internet explorer - redirects the browser to the image only.

I run under windows 7 x64. The server is remote paid hosting using the recommended settings.
I never had major problems using Elxis. It's clear that the scripts don't have problems, but the new browsers do.
And this is a problem itself.

Please reply and tell me if I can do something to fix this.
