Elxis 4.x will be released with a new free license called Elxis Public License (or EPL).
EPL is a free/open source license with some limitations comparing to GNU/GPL.
These limitation added in order to protect our work from copyright violations and users from frauds trying to charge them for getting Elxis.
EPL can be applied to your own work to. You are free to use EPL if you need a free license stricter than GNU/GPL.
