Title: local update to elxis_patch_4.0_r1302_to_4.0_r1358

Hello,

I unzipped the file locally and then copied all directories into my nautilus directory.
After calling nautilus in the browser, the ioslider displays loading....
I can log into the test site and everything else appears to be working normally.

Please delete the cache files from the administrator area and try again.
