Hello!
I want to know if it would be possible to insert an additional data field in the final part of the reservation, in the Personal details (Please fill-in your personal details. These data will stay private and will only be used to process your reservation.)

It can be done but requires to change it in many places. I recommend you not to do it. Prompt your customers instead to write these additional information in the comments text area.
