Title: Tooltip menu
Post by: webgift on February 14, 2014, 15:25:24
I started the development of an alternative drop-down menu for Elxis 4.x users! Some of the already registered parameters are: Collection (Choose between the available menu collections), Orientation (Vertical and Horizontal), Style (None, Facebook, Twitter), Set the height of horizontal wrapper manually. It will be fully responsive providing support to RTL languages too. I attach an image as it's right now!

Hopefully it will be ready next week!

Thank you, wbread!
It would be great to mention that Tooltip menu use CSS3 transitions instead of any JS code or even any JS library like jQuery, Mootools etc. So it's compatible with all of modern browsers. However it doesn't mean that it won't work with old browsers like IE8. I added a new parameter: Width (set the width of dropdown menu). Tested and it's compatible with all of the available Document Types. It work like a charm when cache is enabled too.

I am currently working with Vertical orientation and the Responsive support. Soon more info...
