Hi,

Is there a forum component or module for Elxis? I mean a component or module for Elxis that allow users of my website to discuss issues related to the content of my website (can we install this kind of forum on Elxis website?)

Forum no!
However there is a build-in comments source like Elxis or DisQus that you could use it.
