where and how?
i download for example (download system - ios downloads) "com_download" and upload to serwer.
in administrator > components / install
what i must doing?
ps.
chmod:777 for all
tmpr/
administrator/components/
components/
when i add components to elxis i have error, in short- i dont know how install this component

Hello lucyferus,
There are com(onents), mod(ules), and bots and they are all extensions.
So if you decide to download a com_ then you would use the install menu and select components.
Locate the component on your local pc hard disk and click on install.
The same logic for mod_ and bots.
If you install a component, then you will find it under the Components menu in administration.
You may need to change some parameters for some of the extensions.

You have a red line in the install directory box.
You do not have to indicate the install directory. Your files maybe installing somewhere else and that is probably why you are getting the error.
Just install again.

this red painted field is when you have uploaded the zipped file somewhere at your server manually... and want to tell where is the file, to select and install.....

this is a permission or path error

I have to agree with ks-net.
The 2 folders/directories that MUST be set to 777 are:
cache
tmpr
Other folders and sub-folders set to 755 and files to 644.
If you cannot do this using your ftp program then try using your file manager through the server cpanel.

you say what is problems, but you dont tell me how i destroyed them

i don't say because it is obvious ... look at your screenshot and then read my answer to what screenshot says,
- permissions(777) for tmpr folder , be sure that this path(where the installer looks) is set correct to your configuration.php, you never know!
- safe_mode off
also recommend to enable elxis-ftp from globalconfig
