Title: Language problems in admin panel

Please look on attached file and you will se what I want to change- I want to set uft-8 coding in admin panel too, when I am trying to write in georgian, everything is seen in front page but under menu there is only strange simbols. how  to make it also in georgian?

what you mean by text editor? program ?

I often working in Dreamviewer - wordpad, notepad, any  program  man,

or you mean another thing?

You should be able to write in any language (even chinese), and off cource in Georgian, without the need to make any changes in Elxis. Why this is not happen? Most probably you have setup your database wrong. It must have collation: utf8_general_ci and encoding: utf8. Do these changes where needed (in database, tables, columns) and try to write something new. Does the new entered text appear correctly? (dont test with existing Georgian text - most probable you insterted it as Georgian - ISO)

can you point me all file names were I can find charset to chenge it - I dont wan to miss any of them

Files are ok, the problem is your database's setup. Login to phpmyadmin and check encoding/charset of your database and tables.
