How (http://rashod.at.ua/) to (http://paralleli.do.am/) create (http://mediko-blogger.ucoz.com.br/) Super (http://coolsite.ucoz.kz/) Administrator (http://eyeofthedemon.ucoz.com/) in (http://aiesectran.do.am/) phpmyadmin (http://50theme.ipb.su/) ? I create sql query (http://drohobych.ucoz.ua/) :

INSERT INTO `elx_users` ( `id` , `name` , `username` , `email` , `password` , `usertype` , `block` , `sendemail` , `gid` , `registerdate` , `lastvisitdate` , `activation` , `params` , `extrafields` )
VALUES (
