Title: Trying to install a module error [SOLVED]

Hi,
I'm trying to install a module, mod_elxiscouloir gallery, and I'm getting an error that it's already installed.
The module does not show up so I can uninstall it, but the folder mod_elxiscouloir/ and mod_elxiscouloir.xml and mod_elxiscouloir.php can be found via FTP.
Should I just delete them manually and re-install? Will it let me re-install then?
