Title: mobile acceleration and amp
Post by: xmanhattan on November 13, 2016, 10:56:51
Hello all,

I was checking on a website SEO and noticed a notation about something called AMP.

I have been watching and comparing differences between how Elxis 3.x and 4.x handle SEO and also the mobile and while it is very important to have a well organized website, it is just as important to have excellent coding as Elxis has for speed in delivery of the web content.

I have looked through this https://www.ampproject.org/learn/about-amp/ (https://www.ampproject.org/learn/about-amp/) but do not think that it really offers any additional advantage except maybe if someone is using a CDN which can be costly and can also create caching problems (at least that is my experience in the past).

Any comments regarding the use or experiences of AMP with Elxis 4.x?

I think Elxis developer should develop AMP version. I read about AMP at my Google Webmaster page.  I will be the first to apply it if it available.

Thank you.
