Title: WINDOWS IIS Instalation problem

 Can not write to temporary configuration file (installation/tmpconfig.php) at step 4

Similar to post  https://forum.elxis.org/index.php?topic=4180.0, where problem was solved but the way to the solution was not mentioned.

Anybody can tell me what the solution is (other than moving to Linux/Apache)?

Can you check this file on your windows server installation/tmpconfig.php if it's writable ?
Elxis Installation want this file 'free' of permissions in order to write and generally continue the installation.
