Title: Italian administration Language for com_poll bug fix.

Hello,
here attacched the correct language file. The previous one has a sintax error and in the back end it will generate an error.
Please Datahell, update the current one in the downloadable package.

Your file has wrong encoding (ANSI instead of utf-8) but I fixed it.
Added on Elxis 2009.2.
