Elxis 2006.4 released to public but you can only view it through the Updiag tool.
You will see the new release in Elxis.org website tomorrow, but you can download it now through the Updiag tool. Also the update patch from 2006.3 to 2006.4 is available through the Updiag tool.

Elxis 2006.4 and the patch from the previous version, is now available for download from www.elxis.org (Elxis Directory section).
