Hi there,
I can't locate the 'IOS Slider' in the list of modules or in the EDC. I'd be grateful if you could advise how to implement the ability to display only important articles in a frontpage slider.
-
IOS Slider is pre-installed in Elxis, you don't have to install anything!
-
I can't find it. I am looking in two different installations. This is strange. I can see it in FTP as a directory in 'modules' but not in the CMS... Any ideas?
-
Don't check with the module Title because you might have renamed it. Extensions > Modules > check column "module" for "mod_iosslider".
You can also use the search (click on the magnify glass to reveal search options at the bottom of the table). Search with keyword "slider" in module.

Yes, exactly, I am looking at the module column, very small number of modules so easy to see - there is definitely no mod_iosslider.
I must have uninstalled it when I saw no use for it, but now, as the only module which uses this 'important' function, I would love to make use of it.
Is there a way to reinstall this module, I can't find it anywhere on the Elxis sites.
-
You will find it nowhere except Elxis itself, as provided by elxis.org, because it is part of the main release.
I attach it here, download and install it.

Great, thanks!
