Most probably the problem is that the encryption method was changed (maybe due to a php update). If you follow my instructions (https://forum.elxis.org/index.php?topic=6687.msg55910#msg55910) carefully you will be able to login. If not, send me a personal message with access details to your ftp or hosting control panel and I will fix it for you.

Thank you for your responed
I tried this instructions but nothing happened
I will send you a personal message with FTP account

Just checked. Basically you have run out of space, you can not upload/update any file on the site.
From FTP I get the error message: 552 Quota exceeded: [filename] won't be saved
If there is no free web space nothing will work correctly.
Increase web site space and/or delete unwanted files.
Tip: you have about 7GB of forgotten old backup files in repository folder.

Files deleted
Thank so much for your respond..

Still I can't log in!
How to reset password or even make new one or anyway to log in
Please help
Thank you

You still have problems with your site files. Check FTP quota, it stills says Quota exceeded. I cannot upload file on the site either edit an existing one. So I cannot reset the password. I noticed also that I cannot delete some files. When I delete them after a while they re-appear.

Thank you so much for your response
I changed FTP Quaota from 1 GB to unlimited and using it again

Your problem was solved. After you increased quota I was able to upload files.
1. You were trying to login with a user which was not administrator.
2. I reset the password to an administrator user (I found 3 of them)
3. There was a small sabotage (?) in your site. The index file of the administration template was empty.
4. I updated your site to the latest Elxis version (from 5.0 to 5.3).
5. I updated many other extensions to their latest versions.
6. There are about 23000 files in cache folder. Delete them all and leave "{repository}/cache" folder empty. Elxis will re-create automatically whatever folder/file is needed.
7. There is a very annoying caching system on the server. I advise you to disable it.
